The United States Department of Labor - Bureau of Labor Statistics projects in their Occupational Outlook Handbook for 2010-11 that the job market for Computer Network, Systems, and Database Administrators will grow much faster than the average. They ancitipate nearly 300,000 new jobs in the field before 2018. People living in the Northwest region of the country looking for MCSA training have numerous options. Bates Technical College, located in downtown Tacoma, WA, offers live online classrooms, hands-on experience in a PC repair shop and experience working on a live network that supports about 100 clients. Students can also attend workshops taught by IT professionals and participate in student government or join the PC users club.
