Avionics Technician Schools

Avionics technicians maintain and repair the electronics systems of an airplane, including navigation systems, radar, radio communication and other instruments. The Federal Aviation Administration certifies avionics technicians. Training programs are usually offered as certificate, diploma or associate's degree programs, sometimes at vocational schools but more frequently at aviation schools.
