Why is The University of Texas at San Antonio called the College Architecture?

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is not called the College of Architecture. UTSA has a College of Architecture, Construction, and Planning, but the university as a whole has a much broader range of colleges and departments. The name "College of Architecture, Construction, and Planning" refers to a specific school *within* UTSA, not the entire university.
