• Exter University is located on the coast of southwestern U.K. The drama department has been rated ninth in all of U.K. for its research program. Most of the courses in drama are hands-on and offered in a studio setting with an emphasis on collaborative work. Students will take part in directing, acting and writing theatrical productions. In addition to receiving hands-on training, students will also engage in a research of theater history and critical theory. Classes are offered in a state-of-the art studio that is equipped with hi-tech sound and lighting equipment. The program runs for three years, and students will receive a bachelor's after successfully completing their training in acting.

Arts University College Bournemouth

• The Arts University College Bournemouth is located in southern U.K. and is less than two hours away from London. The three-year bachelors program in acting is designed to provide students with training in a wide array of performance genres that range in scope from classical to contemporary. In addition to gaining some practical experience, the college has a strong emphasis on research in the arts. During their practical training, students will explore areas like voice, movement, singing, costume, performance design, animation and make-up for performance.
