The American College of Greece is the oldest and largest American university in Europe. Located in Athens, it is accredited in the United States by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, but is not accredited in Greece as a result of a government restriction on recognizing private universities. With more than 4,000 students, the school has undergraduate and graduate programs and offers BA, BS, MS and MBA degrees.
