Format your page according to Turabian guidelines. Set the margins of your reference page one-inch from the top and on both sides. Title your page at the top, using the title "Reference List" centered in the middle.
List your references in alphabetical order by the last name of the author responsible for the written source. This is a requirement for Turabian guidelines, meant to help readers quickly locate a source author.
Adhere to the correct format for each source. Each type of source will have a varying format, depending on where the information came from. For example a reference listing for a book will read Author Last Name, First Name. Year. Title of Book. Publisher's City: Publisher's Press. The Turabian Style Manual will list all the various formats required for each source and you should follow them precisely. Always type the title of a book in Italics and capitalize proper nouns, the first letter of a title, and the first letter of a subtitle.
Begin the first line of your reference at the margin; indent the second line of the reference five-spaces, with each additional line indented five-spaces.
Put a single space between lines in a reference, but double space between different references.
