• This course covers the study of human behavior within an organization. Topics that are covered in this course include decision making, group dynamics, conflict and negotiation, and work motivation.

Legal Considerations in Project Management

• This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the legal issues that are faced during a project. The topics that students discuss throughout this course include environmental, safety and real estate law, both criminal and civil.

Advanced Project Management and Simulation

• This course covers the advanced methods of project management that include capability maturity models, a simulation with all five phases of the process of project management modeled and enterprise project management.

Project Overview, Strategic and Process Management

• This course is an introduction to the process of project management in its entirety. Topics include planning, initiation, controlling, executing and closing processes. Students also learn skills in interpersonal communication as well as process and strategic management.

Project Initiation

• This course teaches students how to deal with the issues that occur with project initiation. Project selection, organizational and interpersonal issues are discussed. Negotiation techniques, project selection models, investment criteria and interpersonal considerations are all topics that are discussed throughout the course.

Project Planning

• This course prepares students for the beginning stages pertaining to project planning. These initial stages include organization considerations, scope definition, negotiation and quality planning. Decision making and communication are also discussed during this course.

Project Planning and Execution

• This course is a continuation of the project planning course and introduces students to the requirements of the execution phase. Topics that are covered include earned value measurements, techniques in quantitative decision making, planning for project control and execution, and interpersonal leadership principles. Procurement principles and risk management techniques are also covered in this course.

Project Execution and Closeout

• This course is a continuation of the project planning and execution course that introduces the requirements of project closeout. Balanced scorecard, quality measurement, integration of multiple projects and project closeout techniques are all discussed throughout the course.
