Indiana State University offers an online LPN to RN program recognized by 36 states. The 96-hour program is fully accredited and leads to a bachelor degree in nursing. Upon graduation from this program, students are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Classes in this program include: Transition from L.P.N. to B.S.N., Nursing Care of Adults, Nursing Leadership, Reflective Nursing Practice and Professional Nursing Synthesis. The program is eight semesters in length, not including prerequisite classes. It generally takes anywhere from two to four years to complete this program.

Completion of this 72-credit hour program will lead to an associate degree in nursing and qualify you to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Some of the classes in this program include: Nursing Care of Children, Mental Health Nursing, Anatomy and Physiology, Multi-system Nursing Care and Adult Health.
