Biomedical Electronic Schools

Biomedical science is the application of biological science to health care and medical research and technological innovations, according to Science and Engineering Technology website. There are a myriad of career paths in the biomedical sciences, most of which, at minimum, require an associate degree, and many of which require more advanced degrees and licenses. Getting started by doing an online associate, bachelor's or master's degree in the biomedical sciences saves time and often money that is usually spent commuting to a campus and paying expenses such as dormitory costs.
  1. Spencerian College

    • Spencerian College is accredited by the Kentucky State Board of Education and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools. The College offers an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in biomedical engineering technology. The program arms students with the skills they need to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, operate and repair medical equipment. Graduates have a strong background in electrical engineering, computer systems and biology. Spencerian College offers classes in person on evenings and weekends, as well as online.
