Named after Alfred Adler (1870-1937), an early community psychologist, The Adler School of Professional Psychology was established in 1952 and is the oldest independent school of psychology still in existence today in the United States. Adler offers a part-time program for working professionals to obtain a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MA).
