Which university issues the degree certificate of nibm?

The National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in Sri Lanka issues its own degree certificates. It's not affiliated with another university that grants the degrees on its behalf. While it may have collaborations or partnerships for specific programs, NIBM itself is the awarding body.
