How long does it take to get a degree in oriental medicine?

It takes three to four years to complete an oriental medicine degree. This includes both classroom instruction and clinical experience. Most oriental medicine programs are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM). To become licensed to practice oriental medicine, you must complete an accredited program and pass the National Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Licensure Examination (NAOEL).
