Top HR Master's Programs

Human resource managers provide service to an organization's employees. They oversee promotions, compensation, professional development and benefits. In larger corporations, a human resource manager may specialize in one of those divisions. Managers must possess academic qualifications and certifications to follow national and state regulations. The first step toward attaining that knowledge is to major in a well-qualified academic HR program.
