To request a high-school transcript, contact the guidance department or main office of the high school you attended. You may be able to request a copy of your transcript online, but more likely you will need to call your high school.
To request a college transcript, contact the registrar's office of your college or university. You will most likely need to make the request by mail or fax.
When sending in your transcript request, make sure that you include any required fees. Oftentimes, multiple transcript requests require multiple fees.
