Ultrasound Technician Courses in Ontario

Technicians use ultrasound equipment to take pictures of patients' internal organs or unborn children, for physicians to review. Ultrasound images can detect disease, verify gender of an unborn child and predict conditions where disease may occur in the future. For those who want to take ultrasound technician courses in Ontario, there are a few options available.
  1. Mainz Ultrasound Training

    • Mainz Ultrasound Training courses are designed to offer hands-on training for allied health professionals. Courses are designed for existing ultrasound technicians who wish to gain additional skills. However, a technician does not have to be currently registered or certified to apply. Courses are taught by professionals who are certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, and coursework is designed to prepare students for certification exams in both the United States and Canada.
