List of Accredited Aerospace Colleges

The aerospace industry is a diverse field responsible for researching and developing modes of air and space travel. Education within the aerospace industry can also include learning to operate aircraft. Several accredited colleges and universities offer degree programs in the various fields within the industry.
  1. Florida Institute of Technology

    • The Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in aerospace engineering. The bachelor of science degree is designed to teach students the fundamentals of the industry. Students also learn about the industry through hands-on laboratory experience. The program is designed to provide students with the necessary background to either enter the industry upon graduation or pursue graduate studies. The master of science degree program emphasizes three areas: combustion and propulsion, fluid dynamics and aerodynamics and aerospace structures. Those three areas of study are also offered in the Ph.D. program.
