Like Juilliard and the New England Conservatory, Oberlin offers multiple areas of study in the field of music. Oberlin Conservatory offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees in the field. It also offers a joint-degree program that students are encouraged to take in conjunction with the liberal arts program offered by Oberlin College.
