Atlanta Interior Design Schools

The Georgia Labor Market Explorer reports that the predicted growth rate for the field of interior design in the state of Georgia from 2006 to 2016 will be 11 percent. To practice in the state of Georgia, interior designers must pass a written examination administered by the Georgia Board of Architects and Interior Designers. A small number of schools in Georgia's capital city of Atlanta offer programs to help prepare students for the examination through a combination of classroom-based coursework and studio design classes.
