Colleges Offering Nutrition Degrees

According to the Arbor Nutrition Guide, more than 150 colleges and universities in the United States offer degree programs in nutrition, food science and dietetics. Students of nutrition are trained in analyzing the relationship between diet and health, and foray into a wide variety of academic realms, including biological, chemical and food sciences. Nutritionists are employed in many professional fields, including medicine, the food industry and community organizations.
