Colleges in Virginia That Offer a Nursing Program

Students interested in the nursing field may appreciate knowing that the United States Department of Labor projected a ten-year rise in employment in nursing to continue through the year 2018, with a minimum growth of 18 percent, much faster than that of other professions. To gain a position as a nurse requires specialized education and clinical training. Schools across the country offer nursing majors; students in Virginia will find a variety of college programs in the field.
