Through its College of Health Sciences, this university offers one of the few bachelor's degree programs in DMS available in the country. The program includes two years of general and pre-clinical studies, followed by relocation to the UW Health Center in Madison for two years of clinical experience. Students can choose between general sonography or echocaridography (heart-related ultrasound). High school graduates may enter the program at the pre-clinical level, but must meet certain requirements before advancing into the clinical stage.
