Schools of Architecture in the UK

Architects work creating buildings from the conceptual phase to implementation and construction. The profession combines the creative impulse with the touch of a tradesman. Architects must be more than just artistic. They must also be detail-oriented, with a knowledge of building systems, structural engineering and building codes. Students in the United Kingdom--or those wishing to study there--will find a variety of options to learn the trade.
