Vanderbilt University in Nashville is easily one of the top colleges in the state. Located a mere 1 1/2 miles from downtown Music City, students benefit from the rich musical culture provided by life in Nashville. Vanderbilt offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs at each of its 10 separate schools of study. In addition to earning an undergraduate degree, students can to continue their studies in fields such as medicine by attending either Vanderbilt University Medical School in conjunction with the closely located Medical Center.
