The course, which is ten weeks in length, teaches students about first aid, promoting residents' independence, ensuring residents' rights, infection control and basic nursing skills, including taking vital signs, changing bedpans and assisting residents in feeding and dressing.     • Located in Frackville, Schuylkill Technology Center offers a 140-hour CNA course. Students can choose to specialize in home health, long term care and human services.
