Industrial Psychology Colleges

Industrial psychology, often called industrial-organizational psychology, is the study of the industries and how they relate to worker productivity, workplace safety, employee training and management structure. Industrial psychologists investigate, analyze and participate in work functions and provide consultation for companies. To become an industrial psychologist who conducts research, a doctorate degree is needed. Entrance into the field typically requires a master's degree. These programs are available in four year colleges, professional psychology colleges and universities across the country.
