• Palace Beauty College offers a cosmetology program consisting of 1,600 clock hours for both technical instruction and practical training. As shown in the curriculum of the college, it has divided these hours according to the degree of difficulty of each practical operation, such as thermal hair styling, wet hair styling and permanent waving.
