Food Service & Catering Degrees

American restaurants employ 13 million people. According to a 2010 report by the National Restaurant Association, that number will increase by 1.3 million by the year 2020. College-level training in hospitality and food service, also known as culinary arts, is a sound way to gain the knowledge and experience many restaurant companies look for in new hires. Several college-level degree and certificate programs are available in food service and catering.
