Develop your pamphlet using images of your campus. You could take photographs of your school's various departments. For example, if your theater department recently had a production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream," have the props in the background with a student dressed as Puck in the foreground posing for the shot. Take photos of students and staff in action, be it in a lab or on the high beam in your gymnasium. Distribute photos throughout your pamphlet to complement text on that page or the facing page. Several font choices are available for adding text to your pamphlet that are typically used for readability as well as conveying a professional tone, such as New Times Roman and Arial Black.
Create scenario shots of students consulting faculty or of the school's principal speaking to an assembly audience. You could also develop a collage image of various moments in time throughout the previous school year for the front panel of your pamphlet. If your school has a newspaper, take a look at photos taken by the newspaper's student photographers for images that you may want to include on your graduation pamphlet.
Use quotes by students about what graduation means to them, or something an instructor told them that really stuck. A student could also offer one or two sentences about what lessons or events in school have helped him as a person or influenced his educational experience, as well as what memories he will take with him after gradation. You could also ask students for artwork or photographs for possible inclusion in your school's graduation pamphlet.
