Go to the FlashCardMachine.com homepage to create a username and password. Click the "Don't have an account?" link on the upper right portion of the screen. Enter your name and email address. Select who you are: student, teacher or professional. Create a username and password. Click register to create your account. You will have to click the verification link in the email sent to your email address in order to activate your account.
Log in to the site using your username and password. You are now on the myFlashCard screen.
Click "Create a New Card Set" on the myFlashCard screen.
Enter information about the card set you are creating. This information includes subject, title and description. Click "Save Set Detail." You will be redirected to the Manage Flash Card Set screen.
Use the Quick Editor to add cards to your flash card set. You also have the option of using the Advanced Editor, which provides you more options for creating your flash cards.
Click the "Start Study Session" button to begin studying your card set.
Use the multiple choice quiz feature and apps for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, available on the App Store to help you study and check your answers.
Go to Quizlet.com. Click the "sign up" link in the upper right corner of the screen. If you have a Facebook account, you can create a Quizlet account by clicking the "Signup with Facebook" link; otherwise, create a username and password for your Quizlet account. You will also have to provide your email address and date of birth. Be sure to check the "I agree to the Terms and Service" box before clicking the "Sign Up" button.
Log in to the site using your username and password. You are now on the Home page
Click the "Make Flashcards" link at the top of the page. Enter the subject, title, and description. Enter the information for each of your flash cards. Click the "Create Set" button on the bottom of the screen when you have created all the flash cards you need.
Click the My Dashboard tab at the top of the screen. Scroll your "Sets" list to locate and click the flash card set you would like to study.
Use the arrows on either side of the onscreen flash cards to review each card. Below the flash card are two categories: study and play games. You can use the "learn" and "test" buttons to study your flash cards. You can also play a "scatter" or "space race" game to help you review your flash cards.
