Marriage & Family Counseling Schools

Marriage and family therapists work with individuals, couples, children and groups to help them interact more effectively with each other. These therapists need to understand social and psychological theories, therapies and principles and apply them to a family situation, so a good educational base is necessary. Colleges and universities offer degrees at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels in marriage and family counseling.
