Prepare to enroll in classes at Aims. Aims Community College has no application fee or deadline, but does require you to meet certain assessment requirements. You will need either an eligible ACT or SAT score or to have satisfactorily completed certain college-level courses. If you have neither of these, you can take the Accuplacer computer placement test to determine if developmental classes would be beneficial before you take college-level classes. The college also recommends you attend a "Get Started" session before meeting with an adviser.
Meet with an adviser. An adviser will help you choose classes and discuss degree program options with you.
Register for classes. The registration dates for each term are available in the campus' Schedule of Classes. Students must register in person with the office of Admission and Records.
Print out a copy of your class schedule.
Take your class schedule, along with a photo identification, to the Student Life office, located in room 130 of the College Center on the Greeley campus, to obtain your student identification card at no charge. Replacements for lost and damaged cards are available for a fee.
