Enroll in more than the average of four classes a semester. Taking more than four classes may seem like a lot of work, but it may be worth the extra effort. Try signing up for five or six classes instead. Always take notes in all of your classes and have separate folders for each class. Choose to study for your classes instead of going out with friends on a school night.
Sign up for one or two online classes a semester. Many universities and colleges offer distance learning courses. The benefit of online classes is that you can do all of your homework at home instead of driving all the way to school.
Consider taking a couple of classes in the summer. It may be more fun to spend your days at the beach, but earning your degree faster will make it well worth it. Be aware that classes taught in the summer typically are much more fast paced than classes taught in the spring and fall semesters. You will be completing a full semester's worth of work in just a couple months.
Do not work while you are attending college. If you must have a job, try not to work more than 15 hours a week since a job will take away homework and study time.
