Applicants must be CCWH members, hold an A.B.D. or Ph.D., show a background in history and describe a project that will enhance women's roles in history. Perhaps more important, applicants must show they are older by displaying evidence their career was nontraditional and that there academic path was followed by a tenured professorial career.
