The Welcome Program is a grant for science researchers to form teams in Poland. Working with Polish universities, the researches will focus on the areas of biology, technology and information. The person who receives the grant will be the project and team leader of a group of young researchers, including master's degree and Ph.D. students. To qualify for the grant, you must have at least a Ph.D. and will be required to work in Poland for some time.

The Team Program is similar to the Welcome Program except that it is designed to engage students in the areas of biology, information and technology. The teams are run by students in Polish universities and laboratories. The grant money will go towards the research conducted by the students while in Poland. A maximum of 35 000 PLN ($10,380) will be given to the Ph.D. students per year and a maximum of 80 000 PLN ($23,725) for post-doctoral students per year.

Although called a scholarship, the Summer Study is a grant. The grant is awarded to an American student of Polish descent studying in a Poland university for the summer. The grant recipient receives $2,000, which should be used for transportation and tuition. To be qualified, the student must be of Polish descent, already enrolled in college and be affiliated with the America Council for Polish Culture. The students must also complete a grant application, offer transcripts from high school and college, describe involvement in the Polish-American community, have two letters of recommendation (one from a college professor, the other from an ACPC member or affiliate), and lastly, an essay written on why you deserve the grant.
