The B.F. Skinner Foundation offers a $500 scholarship for master's and PhD students completing graduate study in Florida. Applicants must be a member of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis. The project, thesis or dissertation does not need to be from a behavior analysis academic program, but it must be behavior analytic in nature. To apply, students must send to the committee a cover letter with contact information, their school of attendance, program of study, and their intention for spending the scholarship. Students also must send a letter of support from advising faculty, an abstract discussing their research, an introduction explaining the importance of the research, and a description of methods. Students completing their behavioral analysis studies in California can qualify for the Julie Vargas Award. The $250 prize is awarded to students or recent college graduates who are members of CalABA, and who have completed original academic research in behavior analysis. To apply, download the application (http://www.unmc.edu/studentservices/applications.htm) from the CalABA website, and fill in all of the required information. Students also must send to the committee a 100 word abstract, a CV, and a letter of support from their faculty advisor. Behavior analysis programs at universities sometimes provide partial or full scholarships to students accepted into their respective programs. For example, the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe Meyer Institute (MMI) provides full scholarships to students accepted into their PhD program in Applied Behavior Analysis. To apply to the program, students must fill out the online application for graduate studies:

The student's Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores should be electronically submitted to the school's Educational Testing Service. The institutional code for UNMC is 6896.
