How to Apply for Student Loans in Ontario

Student loans in Ontario are managed by the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). Your OSAP loan application is integrated with other Ontario and Canada post-secondary assistance programs, so when you apply for a loan, you are automatically applying for a Canada student loan as well as number of provincial and federal grants. Though you need to include information about your planned post-secondary program when applying, you do need to have received a notice of acceptance from your school before you apply to OSAP.
