How to Take an Online Practice TEAS Exam

The test of essential academic skills is the entrance test commonly given to prospective nurses and radiography students. The test is designed to measure skills pertaining to language use, mathematics, science and reading. An official online TEAS practice test is available online on at the ATI website for $35. The practice test provides updated questions modeled after the most current TEAS test. Taking the online practice test will give you a solid idea of the structure and difficulty of the test which will help you gauge how much studying you need to do.

Instructions

  Check with the institution through which you're taking the test to find out which version of the test you'll be taking, either version 3.0/4.0 or version V.

  Type www.ATI.com into the web browser of your choice.

  Click on the "ATI Product Solutions" tab found at the top of ATI's web page. Click on the "Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS®)" link found directly below the "Pre-Nurse School" section.

  Click on "TEAS 3.0/4.0 Online Practice Assessment" found near the bottom of the page for the version 3.0/4.0 practice test; or click on "TEAS V Online Practice Assessment Form A" or "TEAS V Online Practices Assessment B" for version V of the practice test.

  Purchase the test. Access codes and a link will be emailed to you. Follow the link and enter the access code found in your email to begin the practice test. Take the test as many times as you like to improve your score and study.
