Ask the place you are sending the data if they need official scores from ETS. If so, you will need to contact ETS. If not, you can send photocopies of your score reports or get copies from an organization to which you sent the scores in the past, such as another institution.
Contact ETS to get a copy of your scores. As of May 2011, one official copy of test scores costs $23. Order your scores via the Internet through ets.org or through postal mail or fax. Simply fill out the form and enclose a method of payment, either a check, money order or credit card number. On the website, you will pay with a credit or debit card only.
Look at the date of your original GRE test. As of May 2011, GRE scores from ETS are available only for tests taken after July 2005. The scores for tests taken before that time are no longer on record with ETS, so you would have to locate your scores through another institution or in your private records; both of these methods are not acceptable at some locations.
Wait for your scores to arrive at their destination. Scores are mailed approximately five to ten business days after you request and pay for them through ETS.
