Pick out half a dozen specific times in your child's daily routine - eating breakfast, leaving for school, eating lunch, getting home from school, dinner time and bedtime are a good basic list.

    • 2

Take photos of the clock set to the time that your child does each of the things on your list.

    • 4

Transfer the photos to your computer and print each photo on an index card.

    • 5

Optional: Sandwich each index card between sheets of self-adhesive transparent plastic or laminate each card.

    • 6

Have your child match the correct clock face with each photo activity card. Add a little challenge to the exercise by letting him race the clock using a kitchen timer.
