How to Convert Cubic Meters to Milliliters

The cubic meter is the standard metric unit for volume. But the metric system also uses milliliters to quantify volume. Milliliters can be abbreviated ml or mL. Each cubic meter equals 1,000 liters, and each liter equals 1,000 mL. Therefore, each cubic meter equals 1 milllion mL. You might need to convert from cubic meters to milliliters if you have two different volumes that you want to compare, but one is listed in cubic meters and the other is listed in milliliters.
