In addition, the institution hosts a day camp during the summer months. The tuition for attendants varies depending upon the age of the student. During the 2009-2010 academic year, the fees ranged from $3,531 to $9,647.

    Courthouse Montessori School

    • Serving a toddler, pre-primary and elementary student population, the Courthouse Montessori School operates with the mission to "to inspire a passion for excellence; to nurture curiosity, creativity, and imagination; and to awaken the human spirit in our children." Located in the Green Run neighborhood of Virginia Beach, this institution has an academic year that runs from September through June. In addition, a day camp is hosted during the summer months.

      Tuition for the program offered by Courthouse Montessori School varies depending upon the age of each student. In 2009, tuition ranged from $550 to $695. The school also charges a nonrefundable $125 registration fee, as well as a $160 books and material fee. Parents with multiple students enrolled in the institution receive a $50 discount off of the tuition.

    St. John the Apostle Catholic School

    • St. John the Apostle Catholic School is a parochial institution that is a part of the educational ministry of St. John the Apostle Catholic Parish. Operating with the mission to "bring every student closer to Almighty God and to guide each student in the formation of values and moral code consistent with Catholic teaching," this school educates students from pre-kindergarten to eighth grade. Tuition fees vary depending upon each student's age and whether or not they belong to the parish. In 2010, the cost for attending St. John the Apostle Catholic School ranged from $3,475 to $5,850.
