Decide exactly what information you'd like talk to the students about. Age-appropriate information includes informing the students about what HIV/AIDS is, its effects and common misconceptions on how it's spread, such as in saliva.
Determine how many workshops you are going to have. Call the schools where you plan to have the workshops and find out how many days you will have to present the information.
Divide the information based on each topic. For example, one topic could be what HIV/AIDS is and another topic would be ways the disease is spread.
Make an outline of key points for each topic. Write important information for each key point underneath it.
Gather props that relate to the information. Props can include a picture of blood or a photo of a person with HIV/AIDS.
Re-read the information. Determine if there's anything you want to add or leave out.
