Are home schoolers as likely to make friends easily kids in a school system?
It is a common misconception that homeschooled children have difficulty making friends. In fact, research has shown that homeschooled children are just as likely to make friends as children who attend traditional schools. Homeschooling actually provides many opportunities for children to socialize with other children, including through homeschool co-ops, group activities, and community service. Additionally, homeschooled children often have more time to develop close friendships with their siblings, which can be very beneficial for their social development.
