How to Transfer Your Rosetta Stone Progress

Rosetta Stone is software used to assist users in learning a foreign language. Students of Rosetta Stone learn through a combination of text, photos and sound. As of 2011, there were 28 languages available through Rosetta Stone, including French, German, Spanish and Swedish. Users are able to track their progress through statistics and test scores. Those progress reports can also be transferred to Excel and shared with others.

Instructions

      Start the Rosetta Stone software and click on "Dashboard" to launch the dashboard.

      Click on "Progress Reports" to view them.

      Export the progress report files by clicking on the "Export" icon that looks similar to a piece of paper with an arrow going across. This is found at the top, right side of the screen.

      Click "OK" after your computer has transferred and saved the progress report in Excel.

    • 5

      Print the progress report by clicking the "Print" icon next to the "Export" icon.
