How to Cite an Internet Research Paper

Because an internet research paper is submitted as a website, citing one follows the exact same format as citing a website. What will be different for students is the format required. Internet research papers were developed for social sciences students, meaning the American Psychological Association (APA) format is typically required. Be sure to check either the course syllabus or with the instructor to determine the formatting needed. APA formatting will be employed for the purposes of this article.
