The school was recently renovated and features three fully-functional bars with liquor bottles and computer cash registers. The $450 course is two weeks long and involves 40 hours of classifying, mixing, pouring and garnishing various drinks including mojitos, margaritas and Manhattans.     • Ace Bartending Academy offers hands-on training in a fully-equipped bar. During the 30-hour course, which costs $599, students learn how to mix more than 200 popular drinks. Students also learn basic bartending terms, brands of alcohol, what type of glasses and garnishes to use for each drink and legal and health requirements of bars.
