The Philippine Air Transport and Training Services (PATTS) started operations in 1969 and since then has become one of the most popular flying schools in the country. Founded as a joint enterprise of Filipino and American pioneers in aviation to meet the domestic and international demands of the air transportation industry, the PATTS College of Aeronautics now offers a number of comprehensive flying courses including Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering; Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation; Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology; Bachelor of Science in Avionics Technology; Bachelor of Science in Airline Business Administration; Bachelor of Science in Tourism; Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management; and Aircraft Technician Course.
PATTS courses are duly recognized by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The country's Air Transportation Office (ATO) certifies PATTS as an Aircraft Maintenance School, rated for Airframe and Powerplant.

Air Link International Aviation College offers Bachelor of Science degrees both in Aviation and Office Administration.
