Foley-Belsaw Institute is certified by the State of Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education and has been in operation since 1926. Foley-Belsaw offers a gunsmithing program that can be completed in a few weeks. The institute says all of its correspondent material is fully illustrated with graphics and photos that "make mastering the art of gunsmithing a simple and fun process." Students receive all necessary tools and materials to start a gunsmith shop.
