Schools for Teaching Cosmetic Tattooing

Cosmetic tattoos look like makeup, but like decorative tattoos, they last forever. Varieties include eyebrows, eyeliner, lipstick, scar camouflage and areola pigmentation. For those who want to apply cosmetic tattoos for a living, the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals sanctions only 41 training programs as of 2013. Each program features trainers with at least five years of experience who have applied at least 300 tattoos.
