Make a list of all of your school obligations. To make the timetable, you'll need to include every task you need to complete.
Order the items on your list in order of when they need to be completed. Add a date to correspond with each one.
Block out days on your calendar into one-hour chunks of time. Some students also do well with a timetable with 30-minute chunks.
Start adding tasks. Do one day at a time. For example, if you have four tasks that need to be completed in one day, consider the urgency and importance of each task and allot a period of time that you think you can complete it in. If you're not sure, better to give yourself too much time than too little.
Give yourself some wiggle room in your school timetable. Leave an hour or two each day to assume that tasks will take longer than you thought or new tasks will need to be added, such as an extra credit assignment your instructor just assigned for next week's class.
